See the latest advances in our print inspection technology
Under the motto “easier, faster, safer”, EyeC has introduced many new features across its product range. One of these brand new features is 100% inspection of composite jobs. Until now, printing different labels in one repeat presented a problem for inspection systems, especially if you wanted to check them against the signed-off PDF proof - that in itself is a very important feature. Now with one click, label printers can verify jobs with different labels, for instance front and back labels, against their corresponding PDFs – for the entire production run.
In addition to a higher degree of automation, EyeC inspection systems benefit from improved hardware for enhanced performance in terms of speed and accuracy. This includes new scanners for the EyeC Proofiler range, the off-line inspection systems that check print samples at press make-ready or incoming material verification, and new cameras for the EyeC ProofRunner range, the in-line inspection systems that ensure print quality during the production run.
